Terms of Service

The service

Unhook is an AI-powered coaching app for quitting habits, provided by PEAK SALES DIJITAL PAZARLAMA SATIS VE DIS TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. The coach is an AI; what it says may be wrong and is not a substitute for your own judgment. Unhook is not a health service, medical care, therapy, psychological counselling or addiction treatment; it does not diagnose and does not recommend treatment or medication. If you are worried about your health, see a professional; if you have physical symptoms while stopping alcohol or another substance, or in any emergency, call your local emergency number right away.

Your account

Your account is anonymous and tied to your device; you may link Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your device and any linked account secure. You must be at least 17 to use the app; some packs are for adults 18 and over and say so. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period (weekly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. There is no free trial; the free version includes a one-time introductory call and a limited number of written conversations per day.

Manage or cancel in your store account's subscription settings; cancelling keeps access until the end of the current period. Refunds follow the store's rules. Use "Restore purchases" with the same store account to recover a subscription on a new device.

Paid plans have no numeric cap on live calls. To prevent abuse a daily fair-use threshold applies; when it is exceeded live calls close for the rest of that day and you can continue by writing or with voice notes.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive or infringing content, to abuse the system, to send automated requests or to reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content

What you tell the coach is yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). The app, the pack content, the coach design and the interface belong to us.

Liability

The service is provided as is. No outcome is guaranteed. Decisions you make based on the AI's suggestions are your responsibility. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply, without limiting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. Contact: [email protected].
